Maintenance Assessment

Components buried beyond 3-feet require an excavator to access. Booking of a mini-excavator is subject to additional fees.
Inability to provide records for the system will require True Water Septic Limited to request records from Island Health, which is subject to additional fees.
A maintenance assessment is the ideal tool in understanding your system as a property owner.
A detailed, easy to understand report is then created using industry standard terms and phrases. Most inspections result in one of the following:
The system is operating in a normal manner, as intended by its design
The system is operating, but performance malfunctions are occurring
The system is in a state of performance malfunction, or is otherwise unsuitable for the property
From there, we can create a list of industry standard recommendations for maintenance, repairs or improvements, or recommend that the system be replaced.
If the recommended work is carried out, it will be included in the report and a maintenance plan will be created for the system. Maintenance plans are intended for use by a maintenance provider, during regular maintenance visits. Most systems should have a maintenance visit every 1 to 2 years, or as directed in the systems maintenance plan.
